Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every Order
We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 8–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days depending on destination

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier conditions or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@clickcraftventures.net and we will investigate right away. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
